What Happens When You Don't Have Financial Clarity?
Without that clarity, you can't answer the questions that matter:
Can we afford to add another service?
When can we launch that multi-site campus?
Are we on track for our building project timeline?
Every month without clarity is another month your team stays distracted by the urgent instead of focusing on advancing the kingdom.

Common Questions About New Axis Solutions
Bookkeeping costs vary depending on the size and complexity of your church. Every Church is a bit different so our pricing is custom to each partnership. To provide an example, a church with a single campus, around 600 in attendance and about $175k a month in giving would be around $2500/month. While a multi-site church with 3500 people and giving around $6m would be around $6900/month. CFO services start at an additional $1500/month.
That’s not a problem; first 60–90 days we clean, stabilize, and fix broken systems before optimizing anything.
In short, all we do are churches and ministries. We understand these types of organizations at levels that most CPAs don’t. Our founder set out to build the partner in ministry he wished he had while the XP of a growing multi-site church, and we've done just that.
After the first 90 days (stabilization period) you can change services with 60 day notice.
Depending on the state of your current finances and how complex your organization is, onboarding can require somewhere between 2-6 hours of your time. This is mainly helping our team gather context and access to what we need to partner with you. Beyond that, we advise clients to plan on spending 1-2 hours a week to process the cash/check offering, send us the info we need, and approve bills and payroll. Beyond that, we take care of everything.
We serve churches nationwide and already partner remotely with congregations from coast to coast.
Standard covers core bookkeeping; Premium adds bill pay, expense management, advanced reporting, and closer support for growing churches.
CFO services are an add‑on to our Premium Bookkeeping, giving you strategic leadership on top of clean books.
We have found that too much change too quickly can cause distorted numbers and create friction in daily operations. We first focus on stabilizing people and processes which can include implementation of new software and workflows to help make daily operations smoother. This also gives us time to get to know you and your objectives better so we can customize your financial structure to your needs and what financial visibility means to you. That being said, if anything is immediately broken, we will fix that during the stabilization period.
Churches often have special pockets of money that is designated by the board or restricted by a donor for a specific purpose or project such as a building fund, missions fund, construction project or large event/conference. In the nonprofit accounting world, these are called Funds. Most accounting software aren’t setup to track them well which results in most churches having messy spreadsheets to track these items. With our special processes, we can track these very well in your accounting software making sure you know where every dollar is supposed to go.
Yes. Many churches begin with bookkeeping, then layer on CFO services once systems and reporting are stable.
